COL. NICKERSON TO DISCUSS THE USE OF MOTORSPORTS
IN U.S. ARMY RECRUITMENT MARKETING
Colonel Thomas E. Nickerson, director, Strategic Outreach Division of the U.S. Army Accessions Command, will provide on overview on the Army’s successful use of motorsports as a means of marketing the service to potential recruits and their families, at the March 18 International Motor Press Association luncheon meeting.
The Army is a primary sponsor of Joe Nemechek’s 01 car in NASCAR’s Nextel Cup series, Tony Schumacher’s series-leading NHRA Top Fuel dragster and the NHRA Pro Stock Bikes of Angelle Savoie and Antron Brown.
The program begins at noon at the Women’s National Republican Club, 3 West 51st Street,
New York, NY. Tickets are $45 for members, $55 for others and are available at the door.
