Captive-finance companies have grabbed onto mobile technology as a means of better interacting with their customers and Michael Kanzleiter, Senior Marketing Manager for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA, will discuss same at the Thursday, January 19 meeting.
The program kicks off with a noon reception, followed by lunch, the presentation and a Q&A session, all at the 3 West Club, 3 West 51st Street, New York. Tickets are $35 for members; $45 for others.

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA, which provides financing for Mercedes-Benz dealers and their customers, is setting the pace in the luxury segment for providing lifestyle services to its customers in the United States. Michael Kanzleiter, who works in the firm’s Farmington Hills, MI headquarters, will outline the consumer initiatives MBFS has created for its customers from payments by iPhone, to mobile capabilities in dealerships, to an app for shopping for a new vehicle. Kanzleiter joined Mercedes-Benz Bank in Stuttgart, Germany in 1997 in the Associate Management Program. He joined the Americas operations in 2007. Since 2008 he has been responsible for traditional and digital marketing to customers and dealers.”
