Two experts from J.D. Power explain their research findings on automation in cars and taxis Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 12 noon EST during the year’s first IMPA Zoom. Meeting.

The presenters are Kathleen Rizk, Senior Director, User Experience Benchmarking and Technology, and Lisa Boor, Senior Manager, Auto Benchmarking and Mobility Development, who will discuss two recent studies, the J.D. Power Robotaxi Experience Study and the J.D. Power Mobility Confidence Index Study. They willl speak on motorist sentiments toward automation as well as the technology curve for self-driving.
