For our live driving events, we usually structure a standard participation fee for all OEMs, as well as multiple additional sponsorship opportunities. Sponsors are given visibility through signage, event branding, display vehicles and, of course, the opportunities for journalist members to evaluate the vehicles themselves during the day and mention those vehicles in their upcoming work. Beyond IMPA, members of the New England Motor Press Association (NEMPA) and the Washington Automotive Press Association (WAPA) are often invited to attend.

Participation Fee:
A single participation fee ($500) is charged for each manufacturer, allowing them to receive one ticket and bring as many vehicles as they would like. To secure your participation and/or one or more of the sponsorship positions below, please contact Mike Geylin at info@impa.org with a formal request for him to send you an invoice.
Premier Sponsorship Opportunities at one recent Test Day event included three breakfast sponsorships, six lunch sponsorships, two snack sponsors and a wrist band sponsor. Each sponsor package includes two tickets, and sponsorship fees are in addition to the participation fee.
All sponsors received the following:
- Listing in all mailings and e-mail communication sent to members about the event once IMPA receives confirmation of your sponsorship.
- Signage at the event location.
- A post-event report that includes a list of all members who attended.
