American Petroleum Institute’s chief economist to address July 17 luncheon meeting at 3 West Club.

John Felmy, chief economist for the American Petroleum Institute, will address the organization’s July 17 luncheon meeting at the 3 West Club, 3 West 51st Street, New York. The program, as usual, begins with a noon reception followed by lunch, Felmy’s remarks and an open question-and-answer period.

Tickets are $35 for members, $45 for others for the meeting.
